Coping Day

On Wednesday 11th from 10am to 3pm COA opened its doors to members and friends seeking emotional support to cope with the trauma following Hamas’s invasion of Israel. COA members as well as members of the Moadon were invited by email to drop in, talk with others, participate in activities, have free coffee and cake, and receive counselling from social workers if needed.

It was a somber but much needed support for those people who attended, and our thanks go to the staff of COA for quickly planning the event, to Moadon for helping to get the word out to our community, and to Jewish House Social Workers for attending.

Please remember that COA is here for you at any time, and can help you access social workers/councillors if you require some professional help to get past your fears and anxiety, whatever the cause.
