Mendy’s is a bit if a legend among the Kosher folk of the Eastern Suburbs for their tasty pizzas, but they have so much more to offer. Their restaurant is named after head chef and general manager Mendy, who has had a passion for making fine Italian-style food since childhood.

As an adult the kitchen was where he was at home. He spent years involved in kosher supervision and koshering of kitchens, and never gave up his passion for cooking.

So he established Mendy’s, a family business offering Italian cuisine, using only the finest ingredients and their own in-house made and fully kosher dough, cheese and sauces to ensure an authentic taste.

After recent negotiations, Mendy’s catering has joined the COA’s team of suppliers, adding a new twist to the menu and a larger variety of vegetarian options. Mendy’s will be taking over supply of meals delivered each Wednesday from COA.
