Purim is on the way and on Wednesday 1st March our members in the COA Centre were invited to join in one of the many fun activities of Purim - making Hamantaschen. These little 3 cornered cookies are a mainstay of Purim at COA, and even those who are not deeply religious look forward to these sweets being passed around at the COA Centre. They are so easy to make, and our members love rolling out the dough and filling them for everyone to enjoy. Many thanks to our Kosher Meals Coordinator Sylvia, and to the volunteers who worked with different members throughout the morning making, baking, and packaging up the Hamantaschen.
