After half a decade at COA I have decided to take the leap and spend more time with my family and explore new opportunities. I am very excited to be seeing my eldest son off to High School next year and being able to spend more time with family and friends.

My journey at COA started as a volunteer, then becoming Operations Manager, Volunteer Coordinator, Chief Operating Officer and for the last 11 months a dual role of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer.

The services COA provides to the community are invaluable. Alongside the day to day work we do, I am proudest of our work during Covid. When most organisations ceased to operate, not only did we continue to provide Kosher Meals on Wheels and Social Connection but we also expanded by introducing COA Fresh, which is still going strong now, thanks to the support of Peter Wohl and his family. The program delivers nearly 200 parcels of fresh produce per week to seniors in need.

I leave the organisation in great hands and will be forever grateful for the opportunity I have been given to lead such an incredible community organisation. I am grateful for the wonderful and inspiring people I got to meet from all walks of life. Some became friends, some became mentors and others provided valuable lessons.

With all my heart, I wish COA, the Committee of Management, staff and volunteers and most importantly our members and clients all the best for the future.
