Volunteer Work for all who wish to do something for their community
Since its inception, COA has responded to many thousands of requests for assistance from the Jewish Aged (and sometimes for younger people with disabilities). Most requests come from doctors, hospital social workers, other Jewish organisations and general community organisations, family members and elderly people themselves.
As a not-for-profit organisation, the COA’s aim is to provide the highest standard of care to all members and volunteers within a framework of Jewish Culture.
COA aims to give aid, relief and comfort to the Jewish Aged in NSW and cater for the welfare needs of the community by providing quality liaison, direct assistance and programs for community involvement.
