We are seeking a Program & Volunteer Engagement Coordinator to join our passionate team. If you love connecting with people, designing innovative programs, and engaging with volunteers to make a difference, this role could be for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with the team and community partners to design impactful programs that align with COA’s mission.
- Serve as the primary contact for volunteers, sharing updates and managing communication.
- Coordinate volunteer roles and provide hands-on assistance during events to ensure seamless operations.
- Keep volunteers motivated and connected, organise recognition events, and track engagement data.
Skills/Experience Needed:
- Experience in volunteer coordination.
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity, energy, and a passion for building purposeful programs.
- Ability to engage communities effectively and meaningfully.
- Familiarity with digital communication tools.
- Drivers Licence and basic Canva capability desirable.
- Compassion, integrity, enthusiasm and willing.
