General Manager
Robbie Clifford
I joined COA as a volunteer in 2020, during the outbreak of COVID-19, drawn to the potential of the COA Fresh program. For 15 months, I managed volunteers and logistics, which was life changing. After refining my leadership skills, I returned as General Manager in 2023, excited to lead COA’s renewed mission and community impact.

Lea Couston
After being based working at the airport for 12 years I wanted a change and felt drawn to COA and its close knit community. I love the atmosphere, it’s a very caring environment, you feel very welcomed here. I love the seeing the happy faces during the activities, like knitting and art, the support and care is amazing, it’s a great place to be a part of.

Jackie Ryker
I joined COA in 2017 as a volunteer 1 day a week. This has now evolved into a 4 day week, doing general accounts, administration, and taking bookings for events and functions. I’m so happy to be giving back to the community and interacting with our members.

I have been working in the Catering and Events Industry for the past 7 years and look forward to bringing those skills back in to the community here at the COA. I look forward to assist in the ongoing success of the Kosher Meals on Wheels program as well as getting involved in other special projects.
