The High Holidays are usually a busy time for those providing   catering for the needs of Jewish seniors at home. But this year will be a little different for our Kosher Meals-on-Wheels. Usually we would ask you to get your meal orders in as early as possible to ensure you get to choose the meals you want, rather than take whatever COA may have in stock.

But because the High Holidays are falling mainly on Shabbats and Sundays, the ordering process will be much easier than in past years, with no requirements to get in early as both COA and its meal caterers will be working as normal Monday to Friday, apart from one exception.

Yom Kippur will fall on Monday 25th September, which means the previous Friday 22nd September will be a double delivery. For double deliveries we require both your Friday 22nd and Monday 25th orders to be made on week days from the 11th to the 20th September to guarantee your choices can be filled.

A meals menu is included with this newsletter and you may notice a few changes in menu items, with additional choices added in and some older choices retired.

If you do not normally get COA delivered meals but would like to try them over the High Holiday period this year, please get in contact with COA as soon as possible to register yourself for meal delivery ahead of time, ensuring prompt delivery of the meals you want.

Please  go to our Kosher Meals-on-Wheels page on this website to download the latest menu for yourself.
