COA Volunteers are the life blood of this organisation. We simply would not exist without the passion and hard work of our volunteers.

All volunteers must complete a Volunteer Form and the Police Check Application supplied here.

The Police Check is required for all volunteers with vulnerable people in NSW. To finalise the check we need four forms of identification - for preference please provide:

  • Valid Australian Passport
  • Current Australian Drivers Licence
  • Medicare Card
  • Bank Card

Police checks are valid for three years, so each three years you will be asked to complete the form again.

If you have a police check in place already please provide a copy of these results or inform us as to which organisation holds the check for you.
